Brief Nearest-Monday wording of Minimum-Displacement

Michael Ossipoff
Every 365,2422 days, the calendar year starts on the Monday midnight closest to the end of that interval.

--------------------------------------------------------------
or:

Every Y days, the calendar year starts on the Monday midnight that's closest to the end of that year.

(...where Y is the length of the Reference-Tropical-Year, such as the Mean-Tropical-Year.)

Typo:

When I said:
or:

Every Y days, the calendar year starts on the Monday midnight that's closest to the end of that year.
I meant:

Every Y days, the calendar year starts on the Monday midnight that's closest to the end of that interval.

(...where Y is the length of the Reference-Tropical-Year, such as the Mean-Tropical-Year.)
